We are appointing one State Coordinator for every state and union territory, and one District Coordinator for every district in India. Real responsibility, a real team, and a monthly chai-paani allowance.

₹1,000 / monthChai-paani allowance, paid monthly once your monthly report is accepted. It is an honorarium towards your expenses, not a salary or employment.

Build, train and support the District Coordinators in your state
Run at least one state-level event or campaign every quarter
Speak for the party in your state's language and media
Send a short monthly report to the national team

District Coordinator

One post per district · About 6 hours a week · ₹1,000 / month

Grow verified membership in your district
Host a monthly town hall or chai pe charcha
Collect local muddas (issues) and file them with the party
Organise drives: voter registration, digital literacy, clean-ups

Who can apply

A verified Gen Z Kranti Party member (joining is free)
18 years or older and an Indian citizen
Living in the state or district you are applying for
Not an office-bearer of any other political party
Never convicted of a criminal offence
Comfortable in the local language
