Article I — Name, purpose and values
The organisation shall be known as Gen Z Kranti Party (GKP).
Its purpose is peaceful democratic participation, constitutional government, dignified work, equal opportunity, social justice, and accountable public institutions.
The party rejects violence, intimidation, discrimination, corruption, and personality cults.
Article II — Membership
Membership shall be voluntary and open to eligible Indian citizens who accept the Constitution and membership pledge.
Members have the right to participate, propose resolutions, seek information, vote in internal elections when eligible, and receive fair disciplinary process.
Members must uphold democratic conduct, disclose conflicts of interest, and protect personal information entrusted to the party.
Article III — Organisational bodies
The party shall establish a National Council, National Executive, State Units, District Committees, and Local Chapters.
Each body must publish its office bearers, responsibilities, meeting rules, and decisions.
At least one-third representation for women and meaningful representation for young people and historically underrepresented communities shall be pursued across party bodies.
Article IV — Internal democracy
Office bearers shall be chosen through transparent internal elections under rules approved by the National Council.
Terms, eligibility, voting rolls, nomination procedures, and results must be published before and after each election.
No permanent hereditary or automatic succession to party office shall be recognised.
Article V — Candidates and public integrity
Candidate selection shall consider public service, competence, local credibility, integrity, and member consultation.
Applicants must disclose legally required criminal, financial, educational, and conflict-of-interest information.
Final selections and the reasons for them shall be documented under applicable election law.
Article VI — Finance and transparency
Party money must be received, recorded, spent, audited, and disclosed through legally compliant accounts.
Foreign contributions and prohibited sources shall not be accepted.
The party shall publish required financial filings and a plain-language account of material income and expenditure.
Article VII — Conduct and discipline
A written code of conduct shall apply to members and office bearers.
Complaints must receive acknowledgement, impartial review, an opportunity to respond, a reasoned decision, and an appeal route.
Serious corruption, violence, hate, harassment, or misuse of member data may result in suspension or removal after due process.
Article VIII — Amendment and adoption
Members may submit amendments through a published consultation process.
Adoption and later amendments require the voting threshold established by the duly constituted National Council.
The final adopted text, amendment history, and effective date must remain publicly accessible.
