Article I — Naam, maksad aur values
Is organisation ko Gen Z Kranti Party (GKP) ke naam se jaana jayega.
Iska maksad hai shaantipoorn democratic participation, constitutional government, izzat wala rozgar, barabar mauka, social justice aur jawabdeh public institutions.
Party hinsa, dhamki, bhedbhaav, corruption aur personality cult ko reject karti hai.
Article II — Membership
Membership voluntary hogi aur un eligible Indian citizens ke liye khuli hogi jo is Samvidhaan aur membership pledge ko maante hain.
Members ko participate karne, proposals rakhne, jaankari maangne, eligible hone pe internal elections me vote karne, aur fair disciplinary process paane ka haq hai.
Members ko democratic conduct banaye rakhna hoga, conflict of interest batana hoga, aur party ko di gayi personal information ki hifazat karni hogi.
Article III — Organisational bodies
Party ek National Council, National Executive, State Units, District Committees aur Local Chapters banayegi.
Har body ko apne office bearers, responsibilities, meeting rules aur decisions publish karne honge.
Party ki sabhi bodies me mahilaon ke liye kam se kam ek-tihaai representation, aur yuvaon tatha historically kam represented communities ke liye meaningful representation ki koshish ki jayegi.
Article IV — Internal democracy
Office bearers ka chunaav National Council ke approve kiye rules ke tehat transparent internal elections ke zariye hoga.
Term, eligibility, voter rolls, nomination procedures aur results har election se pehle aur baad me publish hone chahiye.
Party ke kisi bhi pad pe koi permanent hereditary ya automatic succession maanya nahi hoga.
Article V — Candidates aur public integrity
Candidate selection me public service, kaabiliyat, local credibility, integrity aur members ki raay ko dekha jayega.
